about me

I'm currently a costumer... over the years, I've been a theatre technician, stage manager, and scenic painter.  I've been on Etsy since 2009.  I'm building my blog and expanding my brand!

I'm a Christian, I have a sweet little house that I spend lots of time fixing up, and I love traveling the world and having local adventures.

I believe design doesn't have to be costly or overly precious and it can be better when it's not. I love mixing vintage with IKEA, garage sale finds, Etsy items, and stuff that I've made. Over a few glasses of wine, a friend and I decided that a comfortable home is made perfect with books, plants, and some art.  For me, that sums it up! 

I have a similar thrifty, crafty approach to weddings. Handmade and vintage elements add a special something to an event.
